AWS, Wasabi and SFTP storage are also available should you wish to protect against Microsoft Azure downtime. We also offer the ability to have a secondary storage location which will replicate your data between two different storage locations to enforce 3-2-1 backups

We also create entire Board based backups that allow you to restore an entire Board including teams, sprints, dashboards, backlogs, queries, delivery plans and more. We backup your entire Azure Devops Organisation daily by default. We also offer the ability to run backups manually within the dashboard should you wish to backup your Azure devops repos or work items before making significant changes. Our backup service streamlines your data storage by intelligently backing up changes incremntally and running full backups as per your configuration (eg. Run incremental backups for X days and force a full backup every Y days)
Yes. You can add as many organizations as you need. We support a number of digital agencies and Microsoft partners backing up their clients code on their behalf. Within your integration settings (under settings) simply click the 'add organization' button. Please use an incognito when doing this.
We connect to your instance using oAuth - which is mandated by Microsoft and best (and standard) practice in exchanging information between two parties. Once you signup you will be asked for your Organisation name in our onboarding. The tokens we receive to access the information expire every hour. More information is available here

We offer a number of different ways to pay for your Azure Devops backup and restore capability. The most cost effective and quickest way to pay via credit card in the platform. We also offer manual invoicing where we can prepare an invoice for your procurement and compliance departments.
